Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and prepared for delivery within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email with an update on the expected delivery time.

Delivery Method

All eBooks are delivered digitally. You will receive access to your purchased eBooks through the following methods:

• Email download link — A secure download link will be sent to your registered email address once your order is processed.
• Account library — Log into your account and visit “My Library” to access and download all purchased eBooks anytime.

Download links do not expire, so you can re-download your eBooks as often as you need from your account.

Worldwide Access

Since all products are delivered digitally, our eBooks are available for purchase and download worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions — you can access your library from any country with an internet connection.

There are no shipping fees, as all delivery is electronic. Prices displayed are the final prices you pay.

Order Confirmation & Download

You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after payment. Once your eBook is ready, a second email with your Download Link will be sent within 5–30 minutes.

If you do not receive the download email within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your eBooks directly from your account library at any time.

Corrupted or Missing Files

If you receive a corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable file, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement download link or issue a full refund.

You may also re-download your eBook at any time from your account library if the initial download was incomplete.

Device Compatibility

You can download and read your purchased eBooks on as many of your personal devices as you wish. There is no device limit tied to your account.

For the best reading experience, we recommend using a dedicated eBook reader app such as Apple Books, Google Play Books, or Adobe Digital Editions for EPUB files, and any PDF viewer for PDF files.
