Whipple: The Fires at Fitch's Folly

War vet Bill Perley finds a job with old Peter Fitch, a wealthy eccentric who shares his fear of fires. Perley finds himself in the midst of an outbreak of arson fires, with a swiftly rising body count, and must find the courage to help his old war buddy, now the local Chief of Police, find the culprit.
